Lately, I have seen a large increase in form-to-email spam over the last couple of weeks. The messages will come in through your website form, give a bogus account number, with IMPORTANT NOTICE and EXPIRATION NOTIFICATION, then offer a link pay online.
It’s a phishing scam so please do not pay it or respond to the notice. I recently got one myself for one of my domains. More than likely you have already paid your hosting a fee to keep the domain for more than a year and you would only expect an email from your host provider, not a third party.
